• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Corporate Communication to lead our communication efforts in the tech and pharma industries.

Job Brief

• You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans, managing media relations, and building brand awareness to help us achieve our business goals:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and targets relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key journalists, editors, and media outlets to ensure positive media coverage and visibility.
  • Manage all corporate communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and press releases, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and manage crisis communication plans, including messaging and responses, to protect the company’s reputation in case of any negative events or issues.
  • Work with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that all communication efforts are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and deliver communication training to employees to help them effectively communicate the company’s messaging.

Qualification

Master’s in communications, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

10+ years of experience in corporate communication or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in the tech or pharma industry.

Required skills and Competencies

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies and managing media relations.
• The candidate must be based in Bengaluru or nearby areas.
