Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Go Lang Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform and its associated services. This role requires a strong understanding of Go, front-end technologies, and a passion for building high-performance, scalable applications. You will be working on challenging projects that directly impact our users and business.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications using Go.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
• Work with various databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Build and maintain front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Specify which ones are preferred or required.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to deliver high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of the systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
• Mentor and guide junior developers (if applicable).

Technical Competency

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Golang development and full-stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (jQuery or similar frameworks) and working knowledge of front-end web technologies.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes.
• Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with AI-driven applications and AI model deployment.

Functional Competency

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of software development principles (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
