Our client wanted to conduct social media research for their Allergic Rhinitis product to understand the current market better and create a digital activation strategy. The product was the only combination of an intranasal corticosteroid (INS) and an intranasal antihistamine (INAH) available in a single device.
Solution
Asentech delivered a Social Listening solution using Meltwater and Similar Web. We collected and custom coded data to gather deep patient insights across several markets in the EU. We mapped the patient’s story & emotions, understood patient perception around hay fever/ Allergic rhinitis, promoted the brand as a cure provider for allergic rhinitis/ hay fever. As a result, we developed a digital activation strategy used by the brand as a key input to their Strategic & Tactical Planning.
