Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Learning & Development (L&D) functions. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to various aspects of HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about building a career in Human Resources and eager to learn by working closely with experienced HR professionals

  • Assist HRBP team in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support in conducting training needs analysis, scheduling, and coordination of learning sessions.
  • Help design and implement employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Maintain HR databases, records, and reports accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of L&D programs and HR processes.
  • Contribute to HR projects and provide administrative support as required.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Strong interest in Human Resources, HRBP, and Learning & Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Eligibility:

  • Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR (or recently completed).
  • Freshers with strong interest in HRBP & L&D can also apply.
  • Candidates from reputed/premium institutes will be preferred.
  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid mode with mandatory three days from office (Pune location).
