Rajesh is a business and technology leader at ASENTECH and carries with him an experience of 28+ years in delivering Information Technology and Strategy based business solutions to global customers including some Fortune 500 companies.

He is currently the Principal- Technology and Head of India Operations. In his current role, he facilitates Client Acquisition, Onboarding, Program Management, Client Interaction, Technology Operations, Execution, Delivery & Revenue Generation through upselling.
Rajesh also steers the account management process at ASENTECH for Lifesciences Division. In the recent times, he led the end-to-end delivery of multi country, multi lingual HCP Engagement and Communication platform born out of Mylan and Pfizer Up-John merger named Viatris. This platform is being used in 40 countries and would be expanded to 70 countries soon.

He also supports the ASENTECH Founders in overseeing company’s India operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

As an experienced business and technology strategist, he successfully delivered solutions to Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, Insurance, Consumer Goods, Energy, Automation and Engineering industries.

Prior to joining the dynamic Asentech Team, Rajesh successfully founded and led a Healthcare Technology and Services company that worked closely with NHS UK, some large Insurance Companies in the US, Clinical Trials Management companies operating across North America, EU and Asia.
During this stint, he innovated and architected a very flexible, customizable, and user-friendly EDC (electronic data capture) and Clinical Data Management platform which has been implemented across multiple CROs, Clinical trial sites, and hospitals in the UK, Europe, Israel and India. This solution facilitated in tremendous reduction in Go-To-Market time.

In his earlier career, Rajesh was instrumental in starting the Indian operations of a US based company from scratch. After starting the Indian operation with 2 resources, he was a key contributor in growing it to 200 people and also in creating employment opportunity (500 people) with associates and partner companies.

Previously, he worked with companies viz ISMT Ltd, Tata Technologies, Blue Planet Solutions, Inc (USA), Pan Health, Inc, Harvey Nash, Inc (USA).
Some of the clients he worked with- Pfizer, Abbott, Viatris, Cipla, Emcure Pharma, NHS UK, Informa, Reed Elsevier, Xerox, Konica Minolta (US), Imagistics International, Tata Power, Crompton Greaves, KSPG Germany, Kirloskar Group, Wartsila, Diebold Nixdorf Inc, NCR etc.

Rajesh earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Pune. He also completed a Post Graduate Program Computer Applications and an Advanced Computing Course conducted by IIT Kanpur and IBM.
