Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Software Engineer to turn our software into easy-to-use products. You will be responsible for:

• Develop rich websites/mobile applications/sites
• Experience with Responsive Website Development
• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Provide realistic effort estimations for UI development
• Bring innovation or a fresh approach to UI development
• Coordinate with the development team for product development and project delivery
• Timely follow-ups and resolution
• Test UI and fix Cross-browser/Cross-device compatibility issues
• Debug and fix JavaScript conflicts
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal
• Multi-task in a fast-paced
• Self-motivated, comfortable following directions and able to meet

Technical Competency

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Should have Sitecore related UI
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as {{Git / SVN}}
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them

Functional Competency

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate/Any Engineering
• Preferably 3 to 4 years of experience into UI (Frontend)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Flexibility, energy, and ability to work well with others in a cross functional
• Should be able to learn and upskill in new
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize
• Being a team player can deliver in a high pressure and high demanding
