Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI and Power Automate Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports. Additionally, they will play a key role in automating business processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency. Formulate automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools. Develop overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Power BI reports by establishing and maintaining data connections, data transformations, and data models.
• Develop robust data models in Power BI to support complex business requirements

Technical Competency

• Proven experience in Power BI development, including designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and the ability to develop robust data models.
• Proficiency in Power Automate with the ability to automate business processes effectively.
• Experience in designing and implementing workflows that integrate with various data sources and systems.

Functional Competency

• BS in computer science or information system along with work experience in a related field
• Preferably 8+ years of overall experience and 6+ years of experience into Power BI.
• Extremely good communication skills are necessary to effectively explain the requirements between both internal teams and client teams.
• Flexibility, energy, and ability to work well with others in a cross functional environment.
• Should be able to learn and upskill in new technologies.
• Being a team player can deliver in a high pressure and high demanding environment.
