Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Visual QA Specialist with 3-4 years of experience in performing quality assurance of visual content. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in comparing actual UI elements against expected designs, ensuring high-quality visual output across web and mobile platforms, and preparing precise bug reports.

• Conduct visual QA testing during development and pre-release stages to ensure UI elements match design
• Compare “actual” UI with “expected” designs, identifying discrepancies and ensuring pixel-perfect
• Handle dynamic content (e.g., changing images, animations, pop-ups) with accuracy and
• Perform visual QA testing for both mobile apps and web applications, ensuring compatibility across devices and
• Document and report bugs clearly, with detailed steps to reproduce, severity levels, and expected actual results.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to address and resolve identified issues
• Stay updated on QA tools and techniques to optimize the visual QA

Technical Competency

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related
• Proficiency in visual QA tools (e.g., Applitools, Zeplin, or similar) for automated and manual
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and visual design
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems like Jira, Bugzilla, or
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile application
• Ability to test dynamic content, animations, and transitions

Functional Competency

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical

• Excellent command of written English for creating precise and actionable bug
